Parts list and availability for the Atco Qualcast Trojan 18s lawn mower

Briggs and Stratton 100000 series engine

Engine.

The Trojan 18S uses the 160cc. Briggs and Stratton Quattro 10D902 petrol engine.

For this unit, the following should help:
N.B. The suppliers lists are not exhaustive and I do not recommend any particular supplier.
If you know of any others, please let me know (see the end of this page).

These links relate to the exact model fitted to my mower (10D902-0129). The model number is stamped on the front of the engine, just above the throttle cable. If yours is different, you will need to do a search on each site below.

Common requirements:
Oil: It uses 600cc of oil
for synthetic oil, at almost any temperature, use SAE 5W-30 or 10W-30,
for other oils, above 40°F / 4°C, use SAE 30 oil,
for lower temperatures, down to zero°F / minus 18°C, use SAE 5W-30 or 10W-30,
available from most garages, etc.
Manuals are available for the engine from Briggs and Stratton. These are for the exact model fitted to my mower (10D902-0129). The model number is stamped on the front of the engine, above the top of the spark plug lead (see the picture above). If yours is different, take this link instead.

The rest of the mower.

The following list covers the Trojan 18S but there are many parts in common with other Atco Qualcast mowers including:
the Trojan 16S - a narrower model so the width-dependant parts will not be the same,
The Atco Liner 18S which appears to be, more-or-less, the same mower with a few fancy plastic covers and a rear roller.
I have listed parts availability from the three suppliers that I have discovered which list a large number of parts.

Belt tensioner.

This is different on the DIY Spares diagram - appearing to be simply a bracing bracket (see below). Presumably there were two versions of the Trojan. My mower has the tensioner.
